Where in Miami is it taking place?

The event is taking place at a private location in Wynwood. Exact location will only be revealed to confirmed guests.

Is there a preferred hotel I can book?

Yes, we are directing all out-of-town attendees to Moxy Wynwood Miami. All Cart Basel Guests receive a 15% discounted rate (for April 30 & May 1) by booking using the link provided below.

What do the different ticketing prices mean?

- GA (general admission) tickets will have access to the conference
- VIP tickets will have access to the conference, private dinner, and networking on the boat.

How do I collect my ticket?

You will receive email confirmation after completing registration and your name will be added to our official guest list.

Can I bring a plus 1 with me?

NO. All guests MUST register and purchase a ticket on their own. Any uninvited and non-registered plus 1's will be denied entry.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

NO. All sales are final.

Is there a dress code for the event?

There is no dress code. Come casual, business casual, however you're most comfortable.

Is parking available?

There is paid street parking and nearby parking lots.

Cart Basel Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must adhere to all venue rules, policies, and applicable laws, as administered by Cart Basel Hosts, while maintaining a considerate and respectful demeanor.

  • Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly, if at all.

  • Prohibited behaviors include harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwelcome sexual advances (verbal or physical), threatening language, demeaning conduct, and unauthorized photography or recording.

  • By attending Cart Basel, you grant the event organizers and hosts the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media captured of you during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the event website, social media, event recaps, and future event promotion, with no additional compensation provided.

  • Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate removal from the event and may lead to exclusion from future events.

  • Cart Basel reserves the right to modify the agenda outlined on this page at any point before or during the event to provide the best experience to attendees.
