The event is taking place at a private waterfront residence near Downtown Miami. Exact location will only be revealed to confirmed guests.

Is there a preferred hotel I can book?

What's do the different ticketing prices mean?

- Dropshipping GA (general admission) tickets will have access to the main event
- Dropshipping VIP tickets will have access to the main event, private dinner, and networking on the yacht.- Brand day tickets will have their specific instructions on the dedicated RSVP page on Luma.com

How do I collect my ticket?

You will receive email confirmation after completing registration and your name will be added to our official guest list.

Can I bring a plus 1 with me?

NO. All guests MUST register and purchase a ticket on their own. Any uninvited and non-registered plus 1's will be denied entry.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

NO. All sales are final.

Is there a dress code for the event?

YES.
- For Dropshipping day, it is casual.
- For brands day, it is business casual.

Is parking available?

Street parking is available.
